      The absolute worst and most dangerous job I've ever had

      Pros

      Absolutely none. They don't even pay you what you're owed.

      Cons

      Do not sufficiently protect staff when working with potentially violent clients. Do not pay you correctly for hours worked. Constantly contact you when you're not on shift. Violent assaults and threats against staff.

      Try and fit 80 hours of work into 40... No overtime

      Just pointless

      I can't actually think of any it's actually that bad ! Just wouldn't bother apart from the on site teams which are lovely people !

      Cons

      Pay is bad ! The student buildings are kept in such bad shape ours constantly has issues! Hours are bad and the shifts are so anti social. The politics and the policies are so old fashioned I feel like I'm Working at a nursing home! Even though they are probably more up to date. Students on site are lovely but are really unhappy. I can't believe this company still has its ANUk accreditation ! As the building seems to be falling down. The money they pay is just the worse of all ! And the management structure is the worst! Overall i can't wait to leave
