Small cog

Pros

You have maximum flexibility around your diary. My line manager is not breathing down my neck everyday. As long as there's no complaints were left to our own devices

Cons

I'm a small cog in a giant wheel where you can sometimes get lost and your hard work is not recognised. Does not have very good training for specialist job areas such as building surveying. Lacking in the modern technology area.

Pros

Good salaries in certain jobs Colleagues can make or break you

Cons

Salaries are not proportionate to experience, workload or skills. We have a sales team who out earn people with affiliated degrees and they dont even sell anything (and get bonuses). They literally manage agents who do the actual selling. Then we have people who work more than 5 hours than they are contracted to, but get naf all for it. Other staff get away with falsifying appointments and turning up late/ leaving early relentlessly, with zero consequences.

Thanks for the review and feedback. We can reassure you that all of our salaries are researched thoroughly and then put in place accordingly, however you can discuss your concerns with either your line manager or HR Business Partner who will be able to advise you further.
