      Hard, but rewarding

      Pros

      Lots of benefits, nice facilities, any issues that are raised tend to be sorted out immediately. Always paid on time.

      Cons

      Unpaid breaks just been brought in, no leave allowed in December. In my opinion, staff training could be improved.
