San Miguel imparts knowledge about sales and distribution. It gives a lot of interesting learning everyday including self control, decision making, anticipation, planning and implementation, and proper way of communication.

Cons

Because of San Miguel's continues growth, I believe they will need to create more people capable of helping the company to even grow bigger.

During my time with the said Company, not only me is enjoying the benefits of the Company but my family as well. I am talking about the medical benefits.

1. Comprehensive Training Program 2. Human Resource Management is excellent 3. Working Environment is above standard 4. Total Compensation Package 5. Privilege to work with one of the top 10 corporations in the country

1. Promotion for many may be scarce due to the size of company & many people vying for the position. 2. Fear of separation from work because of downsizing. 3. Career advancement of an employee may be unrealized perhaps because of complacency on the part of the employee (to look for a better chance of promotion elsewhere is not an option).
