A top good-paying company in the Philippines so far. Christmas bonuses are the highlights during the end of the year together with Christmas gift checks and goods. Everybody loves Christmas when working with San Miguel. Great medical benefits as well plus one sack of rice given to each employee every month!

Cons

Very hard to get promoted to the next level as lot of revalidas to pass and conquer!
