Pros

The reputation of Samsung Electronics employees are good. So if you decided to work in Korea, it would be a good place to start with. The support and working environments for engineers were really good, so I could spend most of my time on my own development. Easy to get expenses for books, servers, and etc.

Cons

Personal life had much less priority. Many people were promotion-oriented, especially at the management level people. Working hours were much more than 40h, but sometimes not that tight during the working hours.

Good savings in Korea, free housing, airfare to home country, free phone, free food, living withing the vicinity of company, Samsung name looks ok on resume.

Cons

Heirarchy, no guidance from managers, not a company for building ur career, language an food problems.
