Huge learning experience, opened doors to future opportunities. Is a global company so will have access to many different facets of the business.

Cons

Work ethic in corporate culture especially with senior managment can be intense and demanding. Very strong Korean culture can be difficult when expressing ideas to korean team, sometimes will encounter language barriers that slow efficiency. Not enough women in senior roles.

office located near where i live, really easy commute. Casual work environment, casual wear dress code, no suit needed ever.

Cons

All the top management are korean, and they prefer to hire and promote their fellow korean employee, so other people have almost no chance for career advancement within the company.
