      Great place to work for the infrastructure and money, but not career growth in the system department

      1. Great infrastructure 2. Very good salary 3. Good perks and facilities for employees 4. Can get to work on the best technologies if you are a developer

      Cons

      1. Outsourcing - Most of the employees are outsourced from other companies for projects, where the same work can be delegated to the resident employees and tap the local talent pool 2. No growth if you are into system administration/networking due to red tapism and outsourcing 3. Not vying for the local talent pool of the city. Most of the employees are preferred outside the city, though their technical expertise is far less compared to the localites. 4. Not hiring freshers

      Pros

      It has many times to relax if you would not want to work, but if you want to do a good job, you also can get it with your hard work.

      Cons

      The manager has no abilities to leader the team, they works at the company for so many years that they are very familiar with the daily work, so they are given the chance to lead, but they have no abilities to lead,to communicate, and to resign the job.
