      they give very good appraisals.there a a lot intelligent people from different colleges of india . u can chose your own projects by giving ideas

      pay very less amount of salary and management is very poor.there is a lot of partialism in the company related to the college

      Outstanding compensation; great place to start a career because it has small presence in US, which leads to good exposure to industry leaders.

      Cons

      No work life balance; company ran like the military. Innovation not encouraged; all direction & decisions come from Korea, so little local leadership
