      Pros

      Ready to spend money on resources. Company promotes innovation and is eager to get IP. So, that makes them faster to act on these front.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency Employees are in dark about everything including how appraisal has been done, what work is in the pipeline, or any such thing. Poor management leaves almost no flexibility for developers to think and act at their own. Long working hour.

      Nice team, with employee oriented policy, sich approach provided intention to work and operate. Rather competitive salaries, this alos creates a certain advantage.

      Cons

      The professional level of the senior managers is not high enough. The lack of team building and strickt hierarchy creates an unpeasant conditions.
