      Compensation , Benefits As long as u obey n sit in the office for 10+ hours, u are safe.

      Cons

      1. Incompetent Bosses who hardly know anything about Computer Science 2. Incapable of Learning New Stuff, Lack of Smart People; Mostly Follow Orders and Work in a Military Style 3. Not a place for people who take work seriously particularly in the SW Domain 4. Bunch of incompetent sycophants n managers pretending to be Engineers n Researchers

      Ok salary. Good Facilities(food/gym). Lots of area to work so can switch team if don't like work. Work on latest technology.

      Cons

      Very less knowledge sharing. Most of the people are not competent not just professionally. Coding work is very less mostly bug fixing. Have to deal with incompetent seniors. Lack of good spirit in employees. No Professional development. Too big team size so lesser impact.
