      Pros

      the team culture is very nice, the great place to work initiative is a nice way of engaging the employees and maintaining the work life balance. they compansate extra day work by off on a later working day.

      Cons

      the rating system is not appropriate, more transparency in this regard. some of the senior managers try to act as dictators, only because of few the culture gets affected.

      but there is a very small marketshare to vie for and the competition is hectic and this makes the work-life balance awry

      Emerging electronics company. Very energetic and dynamic. Huge spectrum of business area will give you a number of chances to different work experience.

      Cons

      Poor balance between work and life. Very strict and bureaucratic hierarchy. Bad IT support and too much security check makes it hard to work.
