Thank you for your feedback. We are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent, and collaborative environment for all of our employees. We regret that you did not feel equipped for your position and that you feel management did not meet your expectations. As a company we are always thinking about ways we can adapt and do more. We continue to improve our standard training program that every employee completes before being asked to work in the capacity they were hired for. Furthermore, we have implemented several Employee engagement strategies focused on two-way communication, ongoing development opportunities, and yearly reviews and raises. Additionally, because our mission is to integrate our individuals receiving services into the community we do not spend time at a facility based day program. We support our individuals in volunteer activities, visiting community sites, and utilizing resources like public parks and libraries. This does mean time spent in vehicles moving from location to location.
