Friendly Coworkers and managers-overall positive work relationships

Cons

Hours are awful - sometimes did not get to 40hrs a week and lots of commuting involved - sometimes 2-3 locations in a day with different clients - Schedule is also very inconsistent and you don’t know what days you’ll be working until a few days prior to a new week beginning. Not ideal if you like consistency in a schedule and to be able to plan ahead

We understand that sometimes cancellations occur with the individuals we serve and do have hours available across various departments as needed. We also hear the feedback on transportation services as these can be challenging. We are in the process of creating a transportation fleet to help ease those concerns - more to come on that!
