New opportunities are around every corner here. The agency is always looking for new ways to support the clients.

Cons

Sometimes they can rush into new projects without completely vetting the system first. This create challenges sometimes, but it also create opportunities for innovation.

Agreed! We launched a new online learning platform in the Summer of 2016 so we can streamline information across regions. This has been very effective so far in increasing our training and professional development resources.

Clients are really sweet and ALMOST make all the issues with management worth it. Coworkers are pretty great too.

Cons

management will often change your schedule with less than 12 hour notice, will schedule you by yourself taking care of up to 15 people, and will disregard any feedback given.
