Pros

They will pay you, they are good about that. Good first job if your 16. You need to have something on your C.V. To get a good job.

Cons

A high school student can do better as far as pay and benefits pretty much anywhere though. sam's club has none. working there has a high school cafeteria feel to it.

Pros

Promote from within. Free membeship card.

Cons

Raises and benefits have declined. Weekends are a must but managers seem to get weekends off when it is the busiest time and there are no managers present for member service. If you are friends with a manager you will do well. If not then you should be careful. Forcing associates to promote their programs when members see no benefit and all they do is end up getting mad at you. Not making your quota will get you coached out of your job.
