Pros

Benefits are great with a 401 (k) and one card providing extra money after your paycheck.

Cons

They love to say they want to stay within the store and promote within, but that won't happen. Management is very non-sympathetic; they don't care about what you have going on, and they only care about what happens in the store. Employees feel this, and it becomes a revolving door of employees. Quite often, their problems in the curbside will spill over to the rest of the store, expecting other departments to sacrifice their associates because they can't run that area at all. Not to mention having to look over your shoulder in curbside because the teamlead there will do her best to screw you over and write you up.
