Pros

Amazing company, coworkers were great, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.

Cons

The older team leaders and management almost all have bad attitudes, gossip like teenagers, and run the store like it's a high school. Surprisingly, the younger managers(30 years old and younger) come off as far more mature when speaking to you. Older managers have huge chips on their shoulders and ego issues that lead to constant patronizing and condescension. They seem to especially hate it when you have more experience than they do and know what you're doing. I've worked in retail for 14 years, and never have I come across management that was this egotistical while holding positions that people a couple of years out of high school with no degree could obtain.

Pros

No one in leadership cares about what is going on in the cafe because they don’t want to be caught up in the cafe.

Cons

Everyone avoids the cafe because they don’t want to be caught up in the cafe.
