Pros

Overall easy job so long as you aren't afraid to give advice and have some knowledge of the product. If you have a good team, you'll love it!

Cons

Low pay, benefits aren't great, store stays open too late.

Pros

I was lucky and got an amazing manager and coworkers. Majority of people who came in that I helped where nice and would come back to talk about their hair updates and other recommendations.

Cons

The company overall treats you like crap. Nothing you do will ever be good enough even if you are good at your job/have good numbers they will complain about anything they can find. There is so much stress about goals put on you from the higher ups that constantly forces you to push products and sales onto people. They’re weirdly particular on how you word everything and you will get called out if you are not greeting customers with the same exact question/wording. Also a bunch of people come in and complain about everything they will literally argue with you about policy or come in and get mad at you because they didn’t use the product like the directions said. Terrible pay and low hours definitely not a reliable income only a side job.
