Pros

My pay was decent. Some freebies on products.

Cons

Training is not the greatest. You come out of 2 weeks but still so much more to learn. Then cause you can't hit all the goals they want they make you feel as though it's your fault. Dm's are not helpful and take up about 2.5 hours if meetings weekly. Then overload you with moving the store around that you don't have time to hardly sell as a manager. Especially when you hiring, training, recruiting and firing with the low pay for workers. No HOLIDAY PAY! They tell you to take another day off within 90 days and request it 3 weeks in advance

consistent schedule and long breaks/lunches

way too many minor details to remember, like with bopis, closing (specifically) and just working the register is hell. the pay rate is so low, they micromanage you to the CORE. like there’s only so much i can do when there’s no customers. management is bad, employee discount is horrible too. and all ppl do is complain how pricy it is. if i wasn’t struggling to pay for food and necessities, id rather work at Target or Mcdonald’s
