      You get a decent employee discount.

      I loved, loved, loved this job for 7 years! Two years ago, the company heads changed, almost all of the perks went away, the majority of full-timers were dropped to part-time, turnover of staff and management has sky rocketed. The workload on managers has become oppressive and unrealistic, leaving managers feeling discouraged, unsupported, and unappreciated. This company makes it clear that they do not care about you. It wasn't like that before!

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, extra perks from add on sales, monthly contests for prizes. Excellent company to work for. Great recognition for management. Room for advancement. Free monthly products.

      Cons

      Low pay for working lots of hours as manager with very small raises. Team works hard to meet goals w/ just a chance of winning a reward.
