Literally when i tell you this is the type of job that people talk about when working for corporate companies. Management doesn't care about you, all they care about is your sales quota's and you being there as much as they need/want.. and you don't get paid that great. I remember looking up reviews when i applied and thinking people were exaggerating but nope. They literally will do you dirty with no hesitation. I had to work 2 weeks practically straight JUST to live decently. At that time i had just got an apartment and a car so i couldnt just leave even if i wanted to and they knew that. So any time I needed to take time off they made sure to threaten me with losing my job. Just take my advice DON'T WORK FOR SALLY'S. The benefits and the idea of working there is great until your mental health, social life and overall happiness goes down the drain. I personally was at my lowest working here literally because of how it affected every part of my life and i felt stuck. Don't do it to yourself. And if my experience alone isn't enough for you to not work there.. A friend of mine who i met by working at sally's is going through a situation now where she might have to actually sue them because the store manager literally is forcing her to "quit" by telling her she's fired but then putting in the system she failed to show up. The only reason why she's doing that is because my friend is pregnant and like i said before, they slave you so they know she wont be able to lift heavy boxes and she'll have to take maternity leave at some point. She's been working there for about 2 years now (don't ask me why because I don't even know why she stayed that long) and i know for a fact she doesnt cause trouble because shes a very quiet 'keep to herself' type of person.
