      Free products to try every month, customers keep things interesting.

      Cons

      Normal retail customer complaints, gossip between associates and management, NO communication from upper management, outlandish expectations and next to nothing pay, no chance to move up in the company unless you kiss ass and don't want a personal life, outdated registers still running on dial up, no scanners, and software that's outdated and leaves for a HUGE margin of human error.

      Pros

      Pay based off of experience or knowledge. If you like beauty products, you'll love coming to work. Employee samples are given at the beginning of the month. Training is thorough.

      Cons

      Not enough communication between management and staff about changes in the store. Gossiping between team members, stores, AND management. If you work hard, management will sometimes take advantage of that.
