Your pay sucks. You get treated like crap you get told everyday you are replaceable. You never get to take a vacation even if you request it they don't give it to you. I was told by my manager that when she called I had to answer her calls it was my obligation even on my days off. Sometimes you don't even get a day off instead get to work 10 days in a row. They except to run the store with 4 people. They talk bad about every one who works there even people at different stores that are in the district. If you go over the managers head to complain she gives you hell for it. She never works Sunday's even though your supposed to take turns. On your days off you get phone calls from your manager complaining about other employees. They act like a bunch of high school drama girls that dont have a life. Worse company to work for you get minimum wage when hired unless your bilingual you get .25 cents more. You get shitty raises at the most you get .14 cents which is bs. When you pretty much their puppet and you do what they say. Good luck if you get sick even if you have sick days you can use you have to produce a doctor's note or you get fired. You have to push sally beauty cards and if you don't make a certain percentage you get written up or have to write a paragraph to your DM explaining to her why you didn't sell enough.they don't get you cant make customers buy them and if you push too much the customer gets mad and leaves. They put returned products back on the shelf even if they were used by another customer. Ive seen managers ad water to products so they look full and can be put back on the shelf. Its a horrible company and I can't wait to find another job. Don't apply and don't work there!!
