Pros

Sage is a truly friendly company to work for, with one of the biggest positives being the people and the culture. I have a great, supportive line manager who provides regular feedback and development opportunities. Recently, we have been asked to return to the office three days a week. While office working isn’t for everyone, please don’t let the negative comments deter you. If you enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team with friendly, supportive people, Sage is a great place for you. The pay and benefits are excellent. Compensation is well above average for the area, and the bonus and additional benefits are also great.

Cons

Sage is a software company operating in a competitive and ever-changing marketplace. Our success is evident from our growth rates and recent share price increases. To achieve this growth, the company needs to be agile in its operations, which generates a lot of change. For some, this can be a negative, but for others, it presents opportunities to work in different ways and with various teams. It ultimately depends on your preference for a work environment.

Pros

Product sales cycle is fast Known brand Pay band is decent for an SMB company

Cons

Management has little to no sales skills so do not expect to learn anything They don't promote within. So don't expect a career here Most people in any given year are missing quota like.. 80-90% They love to fire people without any investment on their side Churn is crazy crazy high This company is a revolving door that will waste your time. Everyone is figuring crap out for the last 3 years and have gotten no where
