Lot of lay offs, 1000 fired people about 10% of company in last year. They do large lay offs every few years. Extremely poor leadership. There are lot of managers which uses bad micromanagement style. Lot of technical debt without plan to solve it. There are projects without bringing profit or with very small profit in the company and someone in such project is promoted from supervisor through manager to director position.

Managerial style differs from team to team, employee evaluations (the technical process) could be improved. Campus recruitments and intern conversions to full time could be better
