      Work from home. Flexible work schedule. Gives time for family life. Stable company. A leader in its industry. Matching 401k upto 6%. Decent health plan.

      Cons

      No upward mobility. Management always looking for outside talent for higher positions. Company does not give stock options to employees, only to executives. No emphasis on keeping with new technologies and training for its employees.
