Extreme lack of knowledge regarding the Airline industry. Improper development methodology for a global organization. Disorganized and poor management at all levels especially at the top. Top level execs with no strategic vision of the future, and therefore no procedural direction provided to middle management. Almost all of middle managers were developers promoted to management, without any leadership or interpersonal skills. Since being purchased by private investors (business flippers), the focus is on doing too much with too little. Poor work life balance, and low compensation rate.

Depending on where you live, the location can be remote for some. Inconsistent management among groups. For several years, the company has been is in an almost constant process of layoffs / outsourcing / offshoring.
