      - Many different technologies - Various products - A couple of good specialist - Thanks to product and technology diversity there are many opportunities to self-educate yourself

      Cons

      - Very poor pay-rise rate - Senior management doesn't about you - No strategy for quality of software - 'Official' Agile methodology is practically a cover for mess, chaos and ignorance - Competence and work experience is not really appreciated - Very long way to promotion - HR department has too much power, and for that reason they block many good initiatives.

      The people are great. The management is great as well. Feels like one large family. People help each other out.

      Cons

      Promotions at Getthere could be lagging; Can be stereotyped into doing the same work but management is trying hard to change that.
