People are fantastic: smart, savvy industry folks who are very passionate about their work and the industry

Cons

Lack of growth and low attrition make career growth difficult. Based on my interviewing of folks, I get the impression that we may not be in tune with marketplace salaries either.

Progressive, culturaly diverse, good work-life balance. Lots of good talent.

Cons

Too many 'veterans' who survive thru old boy/girl networks put up barriers to new blood, new ideas. Politics is rife and very pervasive in any position, Director and above.
