Pros

They allow you to workout during lunch and it is very common in the finance department to go on runs together.

Cons

Far away from downtown Dallas or Ft. Worth (not ideal for recent graduates). They do not have a rotational program (as promised). They also expect a lot of face time (even though they pride themselves on saying they don't).

Pros

Challenging IT environment, great products, good people to work with.

Cons

Unfortunately, Sabre is more unstable than most companies with regards to regular layoffs. Technical and non-technical employees constantly waiting for the next shoe to drop. As a result, people tend to operate in survival mode. Most employees work late into evening on a regular basis since this is the culture to keep your jobs at Sabre.
