      Good learning,but HR ,promotion policies etc extremely extremely weak

      Pros

      WFH Good learning (depending on project though,many projects are in support phase,so am not sure about learnings in such projects) no issues taking leaves and all can install any softwares and all (for learning purpose) no dress code

      Cons

      worst HR policies promotions too late no transparency in promotions,awards ,recognition in few teams too much politics no onsite gives hike based on which domain you are in (from 0% to 12 % or so)

      Friendly people, great team work, pockets of innovation, great work life balance, great in terms of flexibility, work from home option available.

      Cons

      1. Slow career growth. 2. Slow pace and could be overly bureaucratic 3. Middle management could act as a filter in conveying the goals from senior management to the rest of the team, hence hampring alignment. 4. Lack of high growth inherent to the industry.market conditions.
