      Pros

      Great teams and people to work with. more or less stability of employment is not bad looking at the market changes and that all big travel it companies had its layoffs.

      Cons

      constant changes in process to reach faster delivery that are only slowing it down and make it harder on people. Hard to make some change with overgrown processes and structures. Lately they are lifting work from anywhere policy that was promised to be constant and biggest benefit that this company was offering.
