Pros

There are projects/groups where you can use latest technology and there are groups/projects for folks who want to work on more stable/time tested technologies. There is a big push for agile in most groups. Sabre also has a green/eco initiative - rideshre, free EV charging, self composting etc..

Cons

Feels less like an IT startup company and more like a big corportation in certain areas of Sabre. Push for agile is not in every group.
