Pros

Pays well. Global company, somewhat high tech, and enables travel and tourism around the world.

Cons

Employees do not understand the business model and are not trained. Management is inept, focused more on their personal agendas and not the business. Layoffs are used frequently to adjust the cost side because revenue cannot grow. Company has many dissatisfied clients and struggles to innovate in a competitive environment.

Pros

Despite, what most would say, is broken company, the people who work here are awesome.

Cons

Sabre has a way of taking a job that seems like a standard IT job and changing what it should do so much that if you tried to get another job with the same title, you don't have the experience required

Pros

Good place to work - many employees are able to work from home. Salary and benefits are good.

Cons

Very political upper management. If you aren't in "the club" you could be laid off should they need to reduce the workforce regardless of your tenure or skills. Technology is good but releases are expensive and take too long to release.
