      Flexible work place and hours, challenge works in the airline industry

      Not well-defined company structure, upper managements are mostly not from airlines, therefore has limited exposure to the industry

      Large company with opportunity to grow and/or change career paths without losing work history. Great campus and has history of great culture.

      Cons

      Technology company that doesn't believe in using technology - tools are out dated, portfolio management system is ancient, SharePoint is installed but not managed or utilized
