      Great Working Atmosphere

      Pros

      People are friendly and cooperative. You get the resources you need to do your job. It is easy to make cross functional alliances. Benefits seem better than average.

      Cons

      Management is frequently changing; corporate goals are always changing and unclear at best. Unprofitable business are retained i.e. Travelocity. The have layoffs across the company that make no sense and apparently aren’t well thought out.

      work from home policy great cafeteria environment conscious great campus

      Cons

      Most people do not know how to behave in corporate environment and make it difficult to get work done. People schedule too many meetings with mostly wrong audience Lack of collaboration within team. Please tend to play blame games. Very old technology. Developers do not get enough freedom with technical aspects. No clear definition of roles. everyone want to be a project manger to micro manage team. Abrasive personalities are encouraged. Lack of trust within team. Lay off are very common.
