Flexible work from home options. Opportunities for career growth and movement within the company. Casual work environment. Very diverse since it is a global company.

Cons

Recent layoffs has everyone on edge as no one knows what to expect. The company direction isn't very clear. The overall company morale is currently low. It was much better in previous years.
