Pros

I have visited many countries on business and am grateful for the opportunities. They have good benefits.

Cons

The work-life balance is awful! Management expects you to be available to work anytime you're needed. No compensation for working weekends/evenings so traveling over multiple weekends. Management is not supportive of their employees. There is little to no positive feedback given.

Cons

Executive turnover, constantly shifting priorities, layoffs a way of life which distracts and makes productivity a challenge, poor overcrowded work environment at headquarters
