      Pros

      I have visited many countries on business and am grateful for the opportunities. They have good benefits.

      Cons

      The work-life balance is awful! Management expects you to be available to work anytime you're needed. No compensation for working weekends/evenings so traveling over multiple weekends. Management is not supportive of their employees. There is little to no positive feedback given.

      Incredibly talented and passionate workforce who know the travel business well. You get the chance to make a difference and build amazing relationships with dynamic customers and colleagues throughout the world. Benefits and pay above average

      Executive turnover, constantly shifting priorities, layoffs a way of life which distracts and makes productivity a challenge, poor overcrowded work environment at headquarters
