      Pros

      The company has a good culture and working environment. People are generally collaborating together well. The technology we are working with is not legacy, it is new C++ standard and boost, which is used extensively.

      Cons

      Some teams do not collaborate well unfortunately. New network design is causing too much trouble and maintenance cost and does not bring any benefits.
