Encourage community involvement, work from home policy seems pretty good, casual atmosphere, health insurance and benefits are good.

Cons

Annual layoffs at Christmas can be very depressing, promotion and raises can be hard to come by unless you change jobs. A feeling of forced job changes when you are happy in your current position can be overwhelming
