Senior management policies are currently in flux, loyalty to employee's is 0%, it's all about the bottom line and what is in it for the equity company, it's shareholders and the current executives

Campus is clean and well-located. Good work-life balance; most people allowed to work from home once a week and can make arrangements around kids' schedules.

Cons

2nd round of layoffs in 3 years. New costly products/features are implemented but often without ROI. Becoming an electronic sweatshop.

competitive pay, well established company leader in its market, good office atmosphere

Cons

Lack of proper coordination between different different groups; drastically uneven quality of middle management, absurd contractual dependencies on IT vendor (HP) which makes simple tasks an endless trudge through bureaucracy and astoundingly outdated software tools for a technology company. There is currently close to zero investment in training employees beyond their immediate duties, and very little on new technologies, making growth opportunities increasingly scarcer
