Physical work space (Southlake, TX...their world-wide headquarters) was quite confining and not conducive to good or high levels of concentration. People always interrupting you, talking to your neighbors...just generally not what I'd call an easy place to concentrate in.

Company is still digging itself out of a hole, financially. So, compensation is low and I don't have high expectations that it will improve in the near future. I also believe this will spill over into their ability to promote. Relatively high turnover because of it, long hours, unevenly distributed client list. There's a new account structure that's meant to help with focusing on long-term versus short-term work (project managers versus account managers). It's been mostly successful but there are still kinks to work out, particularly with professional development opportunities.
