Pros

Technology if you are interested in that. And the environment for better working including friendly people. I believe the people are happy here most of the time in comparison to some of my other companies before

Cons

Pay and bonus are not great. While many companies do a better pay or better bonus - here both are not that great. Yearly reviews and salary raise are not something that can be said even on percentage basis

Decent place to work, depending on your VP

Pros

Fast-paced company that values innovation in software and delivery. Most leaders (VPs) are supportive and work on promoting high performers from within. Sabre as a whole is finally starting to pay attention to SHS, leading to more resources to complete big projects.

Cons

Only certain people are required to come into the office. It's demoralizing for those teams who are told they have to come in when there are so many other teams working from home. They have allowed a lot of great performers get away in the past year without learning that there is a common issue that drove them away (a bad leader). As a result of so many people leaving, others are fearful that things are going downhill with SHS in general.

Pros

I really enjoyed the fact that Sabre really took pride in the community around them. There were so many community service opportunities and Sabre allowed a certain number of work time hours to pursue them. From my experience in my group, my manager always "had my back" and really stood up for and believed in the people beneath him. There was also a very flexible environment with working from home options. The actual options available to you for WFH varied depending on the group you are with.

Cons

In the group I was in it was very difficult to get a promotion and moving around the company was difficult if your group was under-staffed. You would get "blocked" so to speak from the upper management.
