Industry is interesting, overall culture is good, vacation is great

Cons

No work/life balance, raises are minimal, pay is not great, VERY high turnover in finance at senior levels and below, some work can be very boring, lots of layoffs in the business units. MBAs will make almost twice as much for a role that is the same or even easier.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere. Managers don't pressurize employees unnecessarily; they respect your work-life balance. Good salary. It's not all about pleasing the customers. Employees matter. Good time off and work from home policies.

Cons

Heavy bureaucracy - difficult to get what you need. Blanket policies from senior executives stymie and frustrate you. Very slow pace of product development - it can take years to perform a single product enhancement. Little or no innovation, in spite of explicitly stated company vision and values.
