Good company for the most part - implementing new talent management philosophy that is a good direction.

Cons

Layoffs annually - difficult environment. Some mixed direction to the mature business (Grow, but do it with less resources) Many new leaders, lots of longtime employees leaving or being nudged out.

Company does offer some flexibility in remote employment, but will turn on a dime and demand you move to Dallas.

Cons

Never knowing who is going to be leading whom. COnstant shifts in structure and priority.
