      Interesting and fun work. Lots of travel. Experience many cultures.

      Cons

      Very low morale overall. Not people oriented. Especially not empowering to women. Very few women in leadership positions. Dishonest leaders.

      Pros

      Has good healthcare options and the pay is pretty good, so overall I still would recommend to work there even with all the cons. If Sabre top dogs would fix the problem mentioned below it would be a real good place to work at.

      Cons

      The people in charge are incompetent and select a few employees to be under their wing and give them anything, the rest are left behind. This review is for the Montevideo center. Also 9 hours a day is too much for this kind of work since the selected ones work less than the rest.
