Work atmosphere is improving with smarter recruits, younger mindsets and more relevant decision makers in Upper Management. Great place to begin a career on the Technical/Analytical side and/or to retire. Flexibility and benefits are a plus.

Cons

~15-20% below Industry average pay-grade. Management slow with decision making, and pace of company operations are sluggish with higher amounts of bureaucracy than you would expect from a company of its size.
