The pay is good, hours you work on projects are flexible, and great people to work with! The major bonus of traveling the world and complete projects is top notch experience!

Cons

Often there are long hours to work but is made up for with the flexible hours. Not many other cons to discuss besides the long hours.

Slow to delivering new ideas Growth opportunities dependent on which tower you support. Business lines are dramatically different in how they operate in terms of work/life balance, culture, politics, growth,etc
