Work from home minimum supervision insurance and other perks.

Cons

they will put you in schedules that you never agreed on, or you lose the job. They would offer VTO to spend less money with many agents working on a day, but the ones that did not accepted will be slammed with calls. They used to pay good commission, now if I get 100$ per month it`s a miracle.
